    Are we the right hotel for you?

    As a family-run business, Haus Enzian is our home. We really care about the atmosphere in our house, and therefore we would like you to be informed in advance, that even after a well-humoured Après-Ski or a late night out at the Clubs, it is required to afford the necessary respect to all other guests, our family, the property and the Hotel itself. In the case of misconduct, we would be forced to cancel the lodging contract without a refund. We hope you understand this is for the benefit of all our guests and thank you for your understanding.

    Guest rooms are normally ready by 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
    Apartment is normally ready by 4:00pm on the day of arrival.

    Guests are requested to vacate their rooms and apartment by 09:30am on the day of departure.

    CHANGE OF CANCELLATION TERMS

    Due to the current situation, we have changed our cancellation conditions for the time being. The following conditions apply to all new direct bookings. A written cancellation is required.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY - Summer 2021

    • up to 5 days before the day of arrival - free cancellation
    • within the last 5 days before the day of arrival - 90% of the total booking value
    • in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure - 100% of the total booking value

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY - Winter 2021/2022

    • up to 2 months before the day of arrival - free cancellation
    • from 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival - 40 % of the total booking value
    • from 1 months to 1 week before the day of arrival - 70 % of the total booking value
    • in the last week before the day of arrival - 90% of the total booking value
    • in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure - 100% of the total booking value

     

    In the case of an official f.e. travel warning or a obligation to quarantine in our area or your region with regards to COVID19, your booking can always be cancelled free of charge. A deposit that has already been paid will be refunded.

    At the moment you can safely make bookings for summer 2021 and winter 2021/2022. Don't let the anticipation of your planned vacation take away!
